Martha and Josh Morriss Mathematics & Engineering Elementary School
The Martha and Josh Morriss Mathematics & Engineering Elementary School offers students an exceptional, engaging, student-centered educational experience in a state-of-the-art facility. The school has instructional opportunities specifically in the areas of Math, Engineering and Technology with direct ties to Texas A&M University – Texarkana. The concept of the floor plan and architectural design of Morriss Elementary School facilitates the delivery of an inquiry-based mathematics and engineering integrated curriculum for all subjects in grades K-5, including fine arts, health and physical education as well as the four core subject areas.

Texas Middle School
At Texas Middle School, students have the opportunity to explore, investigate and pursue their interests and aptitudes through career academies, including a STEM Academy in grades 6-8. Instruction in the STEM classroom is rigorous and hands-on, with a focus on leadership development. Texas Middle School course offerings include Pre-AP and Accelerated courses which provide students with the tools they need to effectively transition into the demands of college‑readiness courses at Texas High School. Texas Middle School sets high standards to ensure that each student is academically successful and socially developed by offering a wide range of opportunities and extra-curricular activities beyond the academic classroom.

Texas High School
The Ross Perot STEM Academy at Texas High School serves students in grades 9-12. Students focus on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics course content that is integrated within all core subject areas. The curriculum is innovative and college-focused with instruction that incorporates inquiry, problem-solving, decision making, discovery and project-based learning. At Texas High School, students are academically enriched through a wide array of more than 519 course offerings presenting a broad range of choices to meet the interests and abilities of students. Through the Texas High School Dual Credit Program, and in collaboration with Texarkana College, students can now earn their Associate Degree in General Studies before leaving high school by completing 62 total college hours. STEM education at Texas High School prepares students not only to succeed in a demanding 21st century technological world, but to lead in 21st century skills such as cooperation, articulation and leadership.
